Help an expat...U.S. Service Booklet

For whatever reason, I cannot seem to be able to get BMW in Europe to get us a copy of the Service booklet for the U.S.; even though we have a U.S.-spec auto here. Instead we got a rather generic booklet that lets BMW dealers record the service but not what was required.

Would anyone be able to scan in the pages from their service book (preferably a 2009 E90 model) for me? I just need the pages that show what work needs to be done at each service. I did a search on the forum and saw the extract someone posted for the 1200mile service for an earlier year model. I would really appreciate the help, and in exchange, I will scan in the French language accessories catalog (which has some stuff that's not available in the U.S.) if anyone is interested.
