I am looking to run a set of VMR 19x10 CSL wheel in the rear and a 19x9 in the front. what tires do you recommend? also i am looking for a ver agressive stance. i do have h&r springs so i dont know if that limits the size if the spacer i can use with 19s?

any input would be great, im looking for that "bulldog stance" tires petruding from the wheel well.

You'll need to tell us the offsets of your wheels. With OEM wheels the widest I have seen and heard folks pushing the wheels is 18mm front and 15mm rear. They achieved this with no rubbing. You should be able to simply take the differences between your wheel offsets and the OEM wheels and add/subtract that from the 18/15 figures. However, variations in tire width/diameter from stock could prodcuce some rubbing. There are plenty of threads here with pictures of the 18/15 set up.

The VMRs are not offered in a 19x9 front setup but they do offer the 19x8.5 in a lower offset to work with your car. You should not need spacers with the proper offset however if you want to go more aggressive, you can install spacers to push them out.

The Ultra-staggered sets will be in a 19x10 and 19.9x5 in +22ET rear and +20ET front.

At the very most, you can use a +5mm spacer - but it's really not needed.

Yeah, those are pretyy perfect offsets already. Any less offset, and you are CRAZY!!! Just joking.
