I bought my 6-MT without informing my fiance despite the fact that she cannot drive stick. Well, after 30 minutes in a parking lot she can drive it. She never stalled it and actually looked pretty hot driving it. The clutch for a 414 HP car is amazing light! Disregard the wife, do what you want.
