Hello, I am considering upgrading to an M3 and have an opportunity to do so in the next few months. I would need a little bit of flexibility regarding time, that's why this is only a feeler at this point. If someone is interested and can possibly wait a couple months that would be ideal. If you are interested in the car and need it now I can do $1k to me, plus the $500 transfer fee today. Otherwise if you would like to assume the lease in October or November, I can split the lease transfer fee with you, with no money down. Car is located in south Florida. Here are the facts: 2015 M235i Base payment $497 per month Lease end residual $28,438 36 month lease 15k miles per year Currently 19,xxx miles and my daily driver so will increase Lease end May 7, 2018 European Delivery and PCD car 8 speed automatic Estoril Blue exterior Terra Dakota Leather interior Brushed Aluminum trim with high gloss black Technology Package (Navigation) This car is my daily driver but is in fantastic condition, truly mostly highway miles. I hand wash with 2 bucket methods at least bi weekly including leather cleaning and conditioning as needed. The car does have a few minor cosmetic additions which can be left on the car or removed per the new lessee's wishes (with the exception of the black kidney grilles, I no longer have the stock ones). You can have the tint, reflectors, kidney grilles and black badge for free. I will be very reasonable negotiating an extra cost for the exhaust and spoiler.
