Bro, the level of damage done to that exhaust is unacceptable. Absolutely request a full refund. RR and the shipping company should both be ashamed

Wow no adjustable tips? That's terrible for people even with E92's with and without diffusers. That damage is unacceptable, you should be able to get a full refund or a replacement for something like that.

You mind posting pictures of a rear shot of the car showing the mufflers?

Thanks, definitely does not look right on an E90. The tips look weak for some reason.. not sure why.

Wow, with that damage I would have refused to accept the shipment. Scratching Riss off the list of possible exhausts for my E90 with that fitment, too.

Wow.. that exhaust fitment looks proper for an E92... NOT an E90!

There is NO WAY i will put that on my car!

I actually like the tips, the style everything about the system/pics you have shown... but they stick out WAY to far!!

Did you by any chance baseline dyno your car yet? Would be nice to verify the 16 RWHP number too!

Man... I'm so dissapointed... I'm going to have to call and cancel/refund my order... which is still in 'Billing Info Received' anyways!

We're working with RISS on this. There is no reason you should have had such an unsavory experience.

As for those of you saying "they don't answer their phones... their website isn't easy to order" - That's why they have elected us to do their distribution.

As for the product quality concerns, we are on it, and will work with RISS to make sure that every customer is HAPPY!

That's our job.

I have called Riss... (left a message)... saying since my order still says 'Billing Information Received'... to cancel the order... this exhaust is nothing like they originally represented... Those tips on the E90... look like they were meant for an E92...

It looks like I'll have to shop elsewhere.

How are the fitment issues with the E90 M3's going to be corrected now that the exhausts have shipped already?

Just got a email from Adam at RR, and he wants me to send my exhaust back and will send me a new exhaust with the proper fitment for an e90. I appreciate his candor and efforts, and I'm willing to give them an effort to make this right.

I was going to place an order from jlevi on this exhaust but i'm having second thoughts now. Deff want something that bolts up but not trying to spend 2-3k on it. Let us know how the replacement they send you turns out.

I don't think the drone at highway cruising speed is that bad, but there does seem to be a bit much in the low 2,000 range. I really do like the way this exhaust sounds when driving around and getting on it, very racy and it defiantly turn heads (in a good way).

I'm waiting for Anthony from RR to get back to me on what they are going to do to compensate me for my headaches. Being honest though, this whole experience has been soooo bad that I just want to be done with this company and move on.

If anyone is interested in my exhaust, I'm willing to sell it for $1000. I think that is a fair price considering you really don’t notice the damage once it’s on the car, in less you are looking for it, and the tips aren’t horrible and will fit an E92 just fine. why sell at a loss? just return the damaged exhaust and get your money back, or get an undamaged replacement exhaust and sell that one.

Because it took 8 weeks to get this one. Plus, I'm expecting some level of compansation from RR, So hopefully they'll cover the difference. If RR does allow me to return it for a full refund, I'll expect the money up front, I don't trust them anymore!
