Sorry to bump this up again, I moved to south bay last Fall from Seattle and my '11 M3 needs 15k miles service soon. Thanks to this thread that MV BMW was my gonna go dealer as it's on my daily commute route, now I have to look for somewhere else. Got a couple questions here,

1. My current mileage is 157XX miles, the car says there're still 400 miles next service due. Should I make an appointment now or wait until service due? My concern is the loaner cuz in the past BMW Seattle always didn't have loaner (or you would have to wait 2-3 weeks for one).

2. When I call, can I ask for a SA instead of they assigning one to me? (I know this is stupid...)

Thanks,

Jared

Jared,

My SA is at Peter Pan in Burlingame and his name is Kenny Lew. Great guy!

I take my car to BMW of Mountain View. They have been spot on everytime and don't care about my mods at all. You can request a specific SA (mine is Branden Casey). I always call and make an appointment once I have an idea of how long it will take me to go through the mileage. Taking the car in a bit early isn't a bad thing either.

Nick Lal @ BMW of Fremont. I had a engine malfunction over a weekend when they were closed, sent him a text late at night and got a response to bring the car in right at open on Monday AND he was able to get a loaner car for me. Top notch in my book.

+1 He is really good along with JR. They always do walk-a-around with me on my cars and give me a copy of the sheet. Most of the time if I have Shane, he will even drive my car on the service bay himself. Great service at Concord BMW.

Performance Technic in Pleasonton is the place to be. Call and ask for Joe, Matt or Logan. All great guys and will take care of you!
