Rreplace track wheels often?
How often do you, or should you, replace dedicated track wheels? I\'ve been using my current set for two years with an average of 3 track days per month. Visibly they look good. Am I OK using this set for another couple of years without any risk of major failure? Thanks

Dang! I would think you're good as long as you inspect the wheel for cracks. Maybe get an xray done.
Not sure though.

You might as well sell your dedicated track wheels and buy a dedicated track car for that amount of track days per month lol. As far as your wheels they should pretty much last forever. Just check them every now and then for cracks or bends, but you shouldn't worry about any of that on a decent set of wheels.

Wheel quality is all over the map these days. Some new Chinese wheels crack with normal street use or a couple autoX events. The best option is to have them Zyglow inspected or X-rayed or simply replace them. Good quality wheels could last indefinitely and perceived good quality wheels could crack from normal street or track use.
