Experience with Apex Race parts**GREAT

So finally decided to start changing things up on my M I had planned to purchase a set of wheels of Apex arc8 wheels from Apex but I found a used set from a member and ended up purchasing his square setup 18x10 et25. I was planning to install a KW sleeve kit to lower the car as the big gap on stock is pretty awful looking and add spacers.

I contacted Apex to order some spacers and a stud kit, I won't name who I spoke to specifically but he was GREAT! very cool dude and very very helpful. He gave me his input on the KW sleeve kit along with passing on that my front wheel setup with the sleeve kit would not fit unless running a 10mm spacer.

This is my first e92 M3, I had an STI and a 350z before this so still learning on what does and doesn't fit. He helped me purchase the right spacers and best stud kit for the setup I wanted, We then just talked M's for a while and he extended the courtesy to reach out to him if I ever had any questions whether it be suspension, engine mods, etc...Great service cool dude! Just wanted to share the great experience being my first time dealing with them. Drove down to Livermore picked the parts up installed and end results satisfied with look sorry was kinda dark outside

One of my Apex wheels came bent last week. They sent a new one out... ground, 5 days shipping. Should be here tomorrow. Not thrilled with the slow shipping on a damaged part, but it is what it is. Just want my M back!

We'll see how they look soon enough. Glad you had a good experience.

Also had awesome customer service during my purchase in their Group Buy. Answered all of my questions through emails and phone calls without getting impatient.

Apex is great. You should post who you spoke with so they get some credit!
