I'll go South, Edmonton doesn't even offer retail prices for Dinan, pretty pathetic. Hopefully Calgary BMW can even cut a deal! Haha. I'll call them tomorrow.

I am down to meet up.

Julius from wheelSTO called me and both the AA pulley for DCT and Macht Schnell spacers are back ordered until the end of the month! I will still get my springs and other aesthetic mods sooner but I will have to wait to do the springs and pulley at the same time. Ah well.

No biggie, I may do springs local since it just isn't worth the drive for just the springs

Check with IND maybe they have stock.

Ya that would be a long trip for only the springs. After my whole debacle with Bavaria I will never be going back there again and somehow Edmonton BMW is asking around 800 more for the dinan diff!?! I don't even want to bother asking them why...

Greetings from Mschool.

Everyone needs to come down here and drive our cars and all the M cars right to the limit. I cannot believe how fast our cars are and how well they do on the track.

So much going on but I gotta say going flat out on the track and doing hot laps is so addictive.

More M driving tomorrow.

Good to see you got it out 1ne, I'll be looking for you out there.

M School is at the Performance Center in Spartanburg NC, same location as the X5/X6/X3 factory.

They have a complete pierformance track allowing speeds over 160 km/h and have varying track pitches and changes sin altitude, even a min Laguna Seca switchback!!

Many different skill sets are run, all in car and each set improves your skills steadily, each aspect a part of total car handling and each situation is honed to improve you. Lots of reps and lots of feedback so you can get the feel of the car and how it feels under you and how you handle the car.

More details http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=249140

Cost is $3300 USD all in and that includes everything but getting there.

Best 2 days I have ever had driving.

If we get together this spring I'll bring my DVD, it has all the video of me tracking the M3 and M5. Really great experience. M6 was used for drifting and figure 8's, nothing like 500 hp and no traction control

I know it may seem like a lot but the instruction, in car training, the time they give you to feel the car and the improvement in your driving skills is startling.

Hey Glenn,

You still looking at going with the AA ECU flash? I am interested, you said there is somewhere here in Canada that can do it?

Yeah there was GB going on in GTA and they were going to get the full programmer to do the job.

I have not heard anything on it though in 2 weeks at least.

Take a look in the GB and you might find it.

I am getting the ECU done right from AA while my car is in the shop getting some body work done.

Good news on the diff, gonna be great with the DCT.

I flogged the M3's at M School and the DCT is killer, so much beter than the M5/M6.

Kinda wish I had it, killer track weapon.

How's it going, lads? Another week or so, and hopefully they will have those street sweepers out in full force.

Starting to get more anxious. Slated to pick up the beast at the end of the month. Last of the mods are en route as we speak. I am hoping to be ready to roll this thing out in the middle of May. Maybe we can talk about getting together for a little informal meet and greet, to put a face to each other?

Albert, the bug in mod bug just doesn't seem to reflect the intensity of the disease...its more like virus, epidemic, or monster...yeah, mod monster it is...that seems to remove any personal choice in the whole process. Kind of like you never really had an option to do it. At least, that is what I tell my wife.

As Theo at Karmac tells me, my personalized plate should be MODFOOL.

Ugh...UUC still needs 45 days to get their DSSR out for the e92 M3 SSK. I was hoping to get the install done with the exhaust at the same time. Frog farts.

So, anyone care to venture an opinion as to who they would pick for coach of the Soilers?

My call is no Oilers Alumni. We gotta stop that sh*t.

I expect that the assist coaches are gone too. Can't see Buchy and Huddy sticking around.

We need new coaching and new philosophy.

Hopefully we get a younger coach. We need someone who can work with the young talent and someone that they respect.

God, who is out there, I am clueless.

In 45 days the summer is over, it'll be friggin snowing.

You sure on the UUC, that would piss me off. The Rogue is day to day right now.

Anyone got other mods on the go.

Mmmmm, supercharger.......

MODFOOL would be a sweet plate! Haha. I called Karmac and talked to Theo asking about a quote for installation of my pulley and eibachs and he never called me back!

My Escort 9500ci should be here this week and will be installed sometime soon by a place called FX Stereo. They have experience doing these systems but it won't be cheap!

3.62 is on order. Hey do you guys think I should get the Dinan exhaust or go with that Encore Ti exhaust? Calgary BMW is offering me a really good deal for the Dinan exhaust plus I get the 15% rebate.

Going to contact AA and discuss with them getting the flash done, I don't know if Dinan can compete with their product.

And about the Soilers, I really don't care who coaches as long as they are not one of the boys on the bus!

Albert,

I was actually there when Theo returned you initial call. He will definitely be getting back to you. He has been a little swamped with everyone bringing out their cars for the spring/summer. I'll be seeing him tomorrow and will remind him.

Well...pick up slated for April 28th or 29th. Venture shield orgy on the 30th, and then the fun begins.

Have to see if Katz will let me shoot pics in front of his house once the mods are done...lol.

Hahaha, he will send you a text saying no pics in front of his house! Which set of HRE's did you end up getting?

Went with the P40s. I have always liked the multispoke design...kind of pays homage to the CSL rim in my mind. If it wasn't that, it would have been a BBS rim...I really have a soft spot for the CHs.
