Ryan @ Steve Thomas BMW
Wanted to say some much deserved kind words about Ryan Amico and my experience with the Steve Thomas dealership overall. I'm located in the Midwest, and as a follower of this forum, knew enough to give Ryan a shot at quoting me on the 2011 M3 Coupe I was planning to lease in early September. With a PCD pick-up, dealer location was irrelevant, so it came down to price and service.
Ryan and Steve Thomas exceeded expectations in every way. Got my first quote from Ryan back in March, placed the order in June, and took delivery the first week of September. Every part of the process was handled professionally, and Ryan's responses (even 2 timezones away) were oftentimes immediate. Price was so good that the dealership/CA I'd gotten my last 4 BMWs from didn't even bother try and provide a competing quote. Just ordered my wife a 2012 X3 through Ryan, and see no need to ever go elsewhere so long as Ryan and Steve Thomas maintain their high customer service standards. |

Was lucky enough to pick up my m3 from Ryan personally before I moved to NJ from CA - great experience and my next BMW (god willing) will be ordered through him.

Just got back from picking-up a new 2012 X3 35i to replace my wife's outgoing 2008 X3. Following my experience with Ryan and Steve Thomas back in September, it was a no-brainer to go with them again. Completely flawless and without a hitch from order through delivery.
Even though I sit more than 2,000 miles away from Ryan and Steve Thomas, the service I've gotten from them far exceeds any experience I've ever had with any car dealer. Would be impossible for me to recommend Ryan and Steve Thomas any more highly! |
