wow lol i am 16 too, but i haven't gotten into a fight for over 2+ years ? since my freshman year, it just depends how you act around other people, i used to act nicely to only people i knew or was considering them friends or whatever,but now i know how to respect people despite who they are, (i know that shit is hard to do in high school ) because high school kids think its fun when your clowning on others, it is for a while but you gotta grow out of it. if you don't respect people in the first place confrantations are waiting to happen, but now i am much better off, no more fights, more friends, more respect and better days overall at school. respect is EARNED and not given, it is based on the person's actions that makes us decide if that person is worth giving the respect to.

I said it has nothing to do with age, yomama69 said there is a minimum age for a reason, and I said that again age might not have anything to do because how can you not be able to drink until you're 21 yet you're allowed to join the army at 18? Like no offense but obviously if you spit on him you are initiating the confrontation physically, therefor he will swing at you.


Park in places with cameras so that if he keys your car you can sue him. Or put a videocamera in your car wheny our parked.

From 1974 - 1984, the drinking age was lowered from 21 to 18. The reason it was raised again was because the number of auto deaths involving drunk 18-20 year olds was scary.
