"Pocket Dyno" iPhone App? Seemingly Accurate Results...Anyone else try it?

If calibrated correctly and mounted in a fixed position, it seems to give fairly accurate data. Uses a combination of the mercury sensor in the phone, GPS data, and your input of accurate data on Weight engine, and a dozen other specs to calculate:

Peaks:
Max Accel: (G-Forces) I thought hitting .7g in straight line accel was impressive
Max Distance (Ft)
Max Velocity (MPH)
Max Power (est wph) 1st reading seemed close @ 356whp, 2nd Run Obv fllawed @ 460+ whp? Hmmm

Dragstrip:
R/T
60'
330'
1/8 mile & ET
1000'
1/4 mile & ET

Acceleration:
0-10mph
0-20mph
0-30mph
0-40mph
0-50mph
0-60mph
0-70mph
0-80mph
0-90-mph
0-100mph

Obviously good to use to see if mods are making a real difference. I made two runs (On a closed road (duh)) 2nd run w/ better traction led to 3mph+ increase in ET and .13sec increase in 1/4.

Vehicle:
2011 E92 M3 Coupe 6MT, 33,xxx miles

Performance Mods:
-AFE Stage 2 Intake w Prodry Filter
-CNT axle-back Exhaust
-AVT "Ram Air" Scoops
-OEM Tune
-Most Current BMW Software (unsure if this has any effect)

Tires-
Hankook Ventus EVo V-12 Tires 255/275 front & rear /35/19

Fuel-
Hess 93 octane

1st Run was 4:47PM EST NO traction control, temp about 75*F, horrible wheel spin thus bad 60ft time. R/T is 0 because, the clock starts at first reading of any movement, (1/4 Mile:12.90@115.64MPH - 0-60mph: 4.7sec - 60':2.3 seconds

2nd Run was 8:41PM EST "MDM Traction" Temp about 65*F, Little wheel spin but big power reduction 1st and 2nd gear due to MDM kicking in...(1/4 Mile:12.77@118.79MPH - 0-60mph:4.74sec - 60': 2.31sec)

The 1/4 mile times for a near stock M3 seem about right, but the higher than average ET's confirm that I believe I got a car that may be in the higher range of power output... Based on hypothetical and legal races with numerous modded e92's DCT & MT (Stock & Modded), Supercharged & I/C'd E46 w 4.10 Gears, and a 420whp+ C-6 Corvette 6spd, a Z06, etc...These are about the ET's I predicted with such horrible traction.

Anyone else use this? Or have any input on how they calculate these results?

I will hopefully make it to English Town, NJ in the next few weeks to compare results. And Next month I am adding a cat-less X-pipe , ESS Tune, and 295 "Semi-slick" or "Slick" Tires...

I will simultaneously run this app down the track and see the true margin of error.
