10mm spacers to use e46 eom rims on e90

Been doing some research. Need winter rims and tires for my e90. Found someone selling their e46 OEM rims for good price, but it looks like front offset is too high and I will need spacers. I do have 10mm spacers, will that work? Need to let the guy know ASAP.

I would like to know this as well. There are plenty of 'lesser expensive' wheel options for E46 offsets. Most common is +35 F / +38 R. Can 10mm or 15mm spacers work to achieve proper caliper clearance?
