okay...so here's an update on what i forund at that site.
once you've entered your VIN#, you should see something like this... hit the red text under "voyage number" and it's lead you to details like this... as you can see, it's listed the ship already in the UK as of yesterday. so it's a more accurate log of where your car is than 800#, your CA and the initial info on that site. Pertplus, at this point i'm sure your car is with mine , somewhere in the UK. Last edited by Hyperjack; 07-02-2013 at 11:56 AM.. |

There is an outside chance that W&W isn't the carrier for your car -- in that case you'll want to get the name of the ship from your CA (I know, easier said than done... same at my dealership), and track using other methods such as MarineTraffic or Sailwx until it hits your port.

it'll probably get on a boat sooner than you think because even the 800#'s info is dated. on the 28th they told me my car was at the port while it was actually on a ship cruising on it's way here. |

How is everybody's updates going along? I think OP ordered before me so I really hope he has his car already.
Mine apparently cleared customs 7/5. I was hoping I could take deliver 7/12 (since i have the whole day off) but my dealer doesn't think it'll be ready until 7/15-7/21. This final stretch is killing me LOL. I know it might take a few days to clear the VDC since I ordered the Perforance CF rear spoiler and I know that gets installed there. |

Mine reached the Brunswick port yesterday... WW tracking has entries for "Customs Clearance" and the current status is "Delivered From" - However I called the 800 number today and they claim its currently in customs, not yet being touched by VDC. There are a lot of conflicting reports out there about what BMW tells you vs reality, so I'm not sure if I trust their "6-10" day estimate of customs clearance they gave on the 800 number. I suppose I will wait a week and call them again as they requested, since my CA is more or less useless for info.

CA actually called me today and told me the car has cleared customs (in one day!), and is scheduled to ship out on the truck from the VPC tomorrow. I could have it by the end of the week... can't wait!
PertPlus: Glad to hear your car finally broke up with the port of bremerhaven and is courting other ports as we speak |
