my second guess would be idler pullies and drive belts, but usually when those go bad, you would hear it all the time, even when idling without reving.
ive checked any leak on exhaust/ lambdas under the car and nothing , but i couldnt check on collector

as u say its only when i accelerate under 2K rpm, above this the noise disappears...

That sound at 0-2 seconds in the first video is a distinct whistle. Don't hear it as much in the other videos, which sound pretty normal to me.

I've never heard a whistle like that and I drive 99% of the time with my windows down. My car is an 09 (which has a slightly different air filter than the newer models if I recall correctly - or there's some difference in the air box, I dunno) and I did not hear that noise with either the OEM filter or the AA green filter.

Swapping the filter to troubleshoot would be the first thing I'd do. Sounds like intake noise.

I can hear that whistle. My wife had a E53 4.4 X5 and I had a similar whistle. It was a small crack in one of the rubber boots on the intake track. It was on the underside of the part and you could not see it. I hope this may help.

It sounds like an aftermarket filter. I thought mine sounded a little weird at first after installing the active filter
