Terms & Conditions for the BMW M3 Coupé Driving Event.

A. Application and participation in the BMW M3 Coupé Driving Event.
I. Application
To be eligible to apply and to participate in the BMW M3 Coupé Driving Event, participants must consent to the following conditions.

1. The BMW M3 Coupé Driving Event is organised by BMW AG, Munich, hereinafter referred to as “BMW AG”.
2. The closing date for applications is August 15th, 2007.
3. The BMW M3 Coupé Driving Event will take place on Sept. 19/20th, 2007, at the Nürburgring in Germany.
4. The BMW M3 Coupé Driving Event is intended only for persons who are at least 21 years of age and in possession of a Class 3 (Euro B) driving licence and who are also in possession of a valid passport. For the procurement of any possibly required visas, the applicant consents to provide all necessary personal data to BMW AG.
5. The language of the event is English. Therefore, participants must have sufficient knowledge of the English language.
6. The following are ineligible to participate: BMW AG employees and their relatives as well as employees of cooperating companies and their relatives.
7. The giving of false personal data in the application constitutes a violation and will result in immediate exclusion from the application procedure.
8. From all the applications received, the participants will be selected by BMW AG and will be notified until August 31st, the latest. The decision of BMW AG shall be final.
9. In applying to participate in the BMW M3 Coupé Driving Event, participants give assurance that they have health insurance cover and also have insurance cover for foreign countries (Germany).
10. Participants must have sufficient driving experience and must not be subject to any health-related restrictions (such as regular intake of medicines, regular medical treatment). Furthermore, participants must be fit for air travel. Special nutritional requests cannot be entertained.

Just today I got an invitation for a test drive of the M3 here in Switzerland. Date is also 20 Sept.
