Dyno Run 2008 E90 AW M3 6 Speed

Hi Everyone, thanks to Pencil Geek for telling me where to find the tach signal pickup... worked like a charm!

I have a 2008 E90 AW M3 6 speed, All Stock, with the exception of a Macht/Schnell Drop In air Filter & RPI Scoops (however my dyno's fan barely can keep the car cool... so no RPI Simulation 55MPH winds here!)

Based on what most have been making, and Arizona's CRAP Gas... I was hoping for 340 RWHP...

Dyno sheet is attached... but spoiler is... we hit it dead nuts... at almost 341RWHP & 248 RWTQ! This is on Shell 91 Pump Gas.

Up & coming mods, are ECU Tuning (haven't completely settled on 1 yet)... and Riss Racing Axle Back exhaust (if it ever ships).

Thanks to the guys at Xtreme Performance in Tempe, AZ who did the Dyno Runs for me. (All runs were done in 4th gear...and it was unfortunately a record hot day for us here!)

Looks like a good pull. A little lean till 6500 RPM, but a real nice air fuel curve. Did you do 3 pulls? Did you make more HP each pull?

Awesome man.

My Gintani Axle-back is being built as we speak. I am also looking at the ECU tune, but am undecided as well on which one, there are quite a few options out there, and I have no idea if one is better then the other.

Hi Kingtut... yeah... it was very close to the same every one.. with the 3rd one being best.. we then waited a whole 10 mins... and attempted to pull again.. and it was down a couple HP.

Z06... Gintani seems to put good numbers down too! I just wanted to be sure and baseline my car first... honestly... I wouldn't have minded if it did 330RWHP... or 350 RWHP.. it's now all about what the mods actually increase from here!

Peace,
Dave

Hi PencilGeek... I just had them print the best baseline pull... I didn't print the other 2... first pull was like 239... then it did another.. I do have a 'higher quality' version if you like? This one was 'reduced' to 33%... so let me know. Were you able to update the Dyno Database with my info as well? I posted the information using your tool as well.

I plan to update with 'after' Exhaust install... and then 'after' ECU tune as well!

Thanks!
Dave
