Hey guys, I've been posting in this forum for a few months now but I haven't officially introduced myself. So here it is, my 2010 E93 M3.

Love it! I had one with the same color scheme! Now if the weather will cooperate you can go for a spin along the coast with the top down. Now that's fun!

Once the mod-bug hits you it's worth thinking about changing the aluminum window trim. There's vinyl (my thread) and Slammed did a nice job with having his painted....

I think I have everything other than what is obvious in the pictures. (like I don't have the wood trim etc...). You'd be the first to regret buying a E92, it's usually the other way around haha.

Loving it, it's convenient if you get stuck in traffic and absolutely perfect for weekend drives in the mountains.

Nice! I knew AW was the color I wanted, but I wasn't sure about the interior. I was sold after seeing it in person.

The elements have not been kind to my M3. I took it for a drive in the mountains Thursday night (or Friday morning?) and for some reason it started to snow. And it wasn't the best idea to drive fast in such conditions, but I did it anyway lol.

I'm considering getting the vinyl. Getting it painted is a little risky no? I'm probably just paranoid haha but I'm afraid the paint might somehow get on the white and everything will be ruined!

Vinyl wrap is just a very high quality black vinyl than covers the aluminum trim on the E93 so it looks like shadowline (on the E90 and E92).

The only one I know of that does vinyl wrap is Brandon from EAS. I actually drove down to have it done, but someone else on the board here paid for Brandon to fly out to AZ or TX (can't recall) and do it. If several Bay Area folks wanted to have it done, he might be up for that, and you could split the cost. Can't hurt to give him a call and then see if you can get others on-board.

Yeah the irreversible part kinda gets to me a little. I think the vinyl is the way to go. Are you in the Bay Area Finnegan? Could you give me the details of the vinyl wrap? (prices, how long it took, where I can get it done and stuff)
