Hello fellow members,
Will be moving to Tucson in a few weeks. Doesn't seem to be much activity coming from AZ on the forum. Just curious how many of you are in the Tucson area. Noticed on a previous post someone mentioned he's seen 4 e9x m3s in Tucson. Hope to see some of you around! |

I lived there for a 10 years and saw very few m's. Go to mt. Lemmon it's an awesome road. Also go to gates pass and kit peak and Patagonia lake road. Let me know if you have any questions about Tucson. I loved that place.

Cool. I've read about Mt. Lemmon. Not the other ones you've mentioned. I've also looked into race tracks (drag and road course).
I've heard from different people to live in either Oro Valley or the Foothills. Any input? Thanks |

I live in Tucson but there are not many M's. The BMWCCA is not very active either.
Send me a PM, maybe we can get a couple guys together for a dirve up the mountain. |

I live in Tucson as well. I've seen a few Ms around, but not a lot I would say. I went to Indi speedway down in Wilcox one times for a track day back when I had the 335i and there was an M3 there, turned out the guy worked in the next building from me. Other then that I heard the Autocross up Pinal Air Park is pretty fun, and you can take a short hour drive to Firebird for their track days. Hope this helps. Let me know If you need anything, I am usually on Mt. Lemmon when I feel like driving, it's a great road after 10pm when everyone else has left.

Hi. I live in the Phoenix area, and there are quite a few Ms around. The Phoenix BMWCCA club does some runs with the Tucson chapter. You may just have a better chance of finding other M drivers in Phoenix. Feel free to PM me with any questions. Oh, and the Mt. Lemmon drive is a must!

I did a mt. Lemmon run on 9-9 with some local Tucson bmw's. I didn't post it here since previously there was only 1 response. Lol.
Plan on doing it again soon. Thanks for all the hospitality guys. I've seen 4 e9x m3s in the last two weeks. They r probably not on the forums. |

If you see a black e92 with a rosary beads in the windshield with a temp plate that's me. I try to go up the mountain at least three times a week because I live pretty close to it. Let me know if you want to join, my email is sergkoko@gmail.com if I go during the week its usually at around 7-8pm and around midnight when I go on up weekends.

I live in Tucson, I have been here for just about over a year now. I just recently sold my E46 M3 and moved up to a 09 E92 M3, bought it off a member from this forum!
Mt. Lemmon is definitely something you dont want to miss. I am about to be gone for about 6 months or so, but when I get back, we should all get together sometime and ride up there in the near future. Cheers - |

don't check the forum much, but i'm down for a mountain run or track day.
tucson blows in general though, the shitty roads and the lack of real car enthusiasts makes it even worse. I was in my m3 and some tool in a 528i told me he looked at 3-series but had more than $30k to spend so he went with a 5-series.
