I think the XF needed new headlights badly. These flow much better with the whole design.

lol... squinty eyes. but it does look better. although they could have toned it down a little and not go so extreme.

Granted, they look better.

But It looks like US will get ugly orange reflectors inside the headlights. Fail.

Besides the acres of untouched surface beneath the headlights I think this is how the XF should've looked from the start. Much better than the Chrysler-esque launch model.

Liked the pre-facelift. Love the facelift.

+1 they should have given it some more shape in that area because it's so flat looking.

The shame is that apart from some minor tweaks to the nose and rump that nothing else appears to have changed apart from obviously the new 2.2d with it's 8sp auto. All I am getting from dealers is that everything else is carried over, the same engines, the same ZF 6sp auto and basically the same interiors.

I'm hoping they are wrong and it gains the ZF 8sp for the rest of the range, along with some of the electronics from the XJ because with these it could be a real force to be reckoned with.

I actually quite liked the old headlights but I'm sure I'll get used to these.

Looks pretty good but the chrome below needs to be off. The XFR is going to look very good.

XF and XF-R facelifts to be revealed later. I heard there are quite a few changes to the XF-R. I wonder what that means

+1 the XJ is my favourite right now. That says a lot because the new 7 and A8 are really nice too.
