March Waiting Room - Weeks 9/10/11

Not expecting much yet since I'm week 11. I wanted to make sure that my build clearly starts in March. Hopefully a change in status by the end of next week.

Can someone please post the 800# here on this thread.

I ordered my Individual option paint and have been waiting for 3 weeks. I guess they are saying that end of the month I should know my production week,

On my build page - the color of the car is wrong. The picture is white but I ordered SG. Is that typical? Should I mention to the dealer?

The staus is still "On Order" so not sure if it just defaults to the white color??

Normal. Dealer changed an already allocated car in the system and web site is not up to date. Ask for a copy of the vehicle inquiry report to see the actual order. Web site always lags behind, but your CA is best source for real time data.

I just found out Im week 12 production...not week 11.. looks like i still have to go thru week 10/11. so lame this wait just got even longer.

Omg omg omg! Status got updated! Car is in production with a completion date estimated on March 18 according to the 1-800 number!

Woot woot! Can't wait!

You could order an Audi. I ordered an S4 on November 17th. I still didn't have a production date last Friday. They were giving me a tentative build week of May 23rd with a possible July delivery. After waiting 3 months, I did the responsible thing and canceled the order and placed the M3 order on Tuesday. I don't have a production date yet, but I'm sure I'll have the M3 for PCD before the S4 would have entered production. Look on the bright side, I've been waiting for a car since November. I hope this helps with the stinger of waiting.

Just checked the tracking and saw this!

The options aren't correct, and it can't recognize Fox Red/Black/Black, but it's in production! Called the 800 number and it should be finished by March 8th in time for our March 17th ED.

Haha I think I saw your other thread about the S4 switch. Waiting sucks, but patience is a virtue. I hope these two months fly.

I'm a week 12 build as well. I am projecting delivery around that time.

Since you are east coast, more likely mid April.

Check the ship schedules and you will see plenty of east coast trips that can get your car to its new home before May pretty easily, dependent on the port back-up.
