For those that trailer your M to the track
I need to remove the plastic jacking adapter to install the T hook to tie it down to the trailer. That leaves no jacking point to jack it up for tire changes, etc. Do you just repeatedly install and remove those plastic adapters or something else?

You can place your jack in the same place. The cupped pad is just to aid in precision I think for n00bs. Everyone I know at the track just takes those dang things off!

and they are for my 4x4 rock crawlers that are likely to end up flopped or broken before i haul them home. blown driveshaft, blown joints, snapped axles, blown diffs, etc. to assume you will drive it home is playing with fate.

Not really, thought the whole point of the M was to drive to the track in comfort, stay with supposed "super cars or sports cars" on track, roll up the windows, put on the AC & radio and drive home in comfort. If I'm trailering, I'm getting a whole different car.
