Possibly, or a bad O2 as edwinm3 stated earlier. Feel free to drop by and we can check out the issue in person.

Most likely. My had to change my o2 sensors after the install, but have it professionally checked never hurts.

O2 sensor heater circuit resistance is out of range. May be the sensor, a connector/plug, or somewhere in the circuit wiring.

What does that have to do with it? High resistance on that circuit won't blow the fuse since fuses are rated on amperage draw........ One of the only things that will blow the fuse is a short to ground before the load (O2 sensor heater). Higher resistance (a corroded plug, high resistance in the wiring, etc) will lower the amperage flowing through the circuit. Every circuit that goes through the ECM is monitored for voltage which will tell if the circuit has lower or higher than normal resistance.
