E92 M3 Squeak Before Engine Start

I noticed the noise late last season before I put the car in storage. Now that it's out on the road again I'd like to figure out how to fix the noise.

Just before the engine turns over there are one to two squeaks (while the alternator is starting). The squeaks also happen after the engine stops.

I took a video with my phone, can be a bit hard to hear in the video but it's louder in person. I'm not sure if the belts or tensioners have ever been replaced, but I'm hoping that's all it is.

Any ideas what the noise might be?

Have you replaced your belts or tensioners?
