Having spent a few years looking at cams for the S65 and S85, I've not seen anything specific to an FI setup. For that matter, I've had a hard time even buying cam blanks to have them custom ground. For the S85 TT build I'm working towards, I'm just using Schrick street cams. They offer higher lift, but the increased duration really isn't as necessary.

Finding a tuner willing to work with them and optimize exhaust cam strategy is challenging on the OEM DME as many, many iterations of reflash are needed to find what works. This is more of a concern with a turbo than SC though as you're not trying to preserve spool with the SC.

Thanks for share your experience,
About ECU the car has Syvecs ECU,and it's easy to tunning(I mean it's possible to do it).
So Schrick has 2 option for S65 286 or 292.
Wich one you would.

The Syvecs will make VANOS tuning far, far easier.

There is a 3rd set of Schrick cams that aren't talked about much, but made for solid lifters and removes the hydraulic lifters. If I were building the heads for a track focused motor, I would use stronger valves springs, dump the HVAs and go to solid cam followers, and look at bumping the revs up. I'm hoping to be able to use a larger intake valve on my project as well.

I'd be interested in the custom cam grinder also. Right now all I have is a shop that welds the lobes on an OEM cam and regrinds them to spec.

Out of curiosity, what is the benefit gained from the extra 500rpm? You don't think you can get to the 900whp without cams?
