are the tips tucked all the way in with yours?
Looks like it'll be hard to fit a diffuser with 90 mm tips

The tips are adjustable front to back. I snugged my tips down where the muffer pipes just touch the perforated holes inside the tips.

A diffusser would be tight.

Did you do any Dyno tests to see gains? I'm shopping for an exhaust now.

No dyno test. I can feel a big difference though with the exhaust and Powerchip upgrade. I demonstrated Launch control with a friend today and it was having a hard time keeping the wheels from spinning going into 3rd gear!!!

Is your CEL light on? Any problems with you exhaust? How much did you pay for your exhaust?

How are you liking your pulleys and MS filter? If you had the choice to do things over again with the pulleys and MS filter would you do them again??

Looks great, a few questions:

1. I'm assuming you have Powerchip Stage II software? Does this remove the CEL issue?

2. What's your opinion on drone/resonance with this exhaust?

3. Also on an unrelated note, have you had any CELs with the Powerchip software in cool temperatures (< 40F) when going WOT?

Yes and Yes

2. What's your opinion on drone/resonance with this exhaust?

I have not noticed any drone that bothers me. Maybe a little around 2000-2500 rpm, but I'm never at that RPM very long.

3. Also on an unrelated note, have you had any CELs with the Powerchip software in cool temperatures (< 40F) when going WOT?

No

Same pulley. The OEM M3 intake is the best cold air system I have seen on a car. It pulls cold air from 3 different sources.

I was sometimes hearing a rattle/shutter/vibration sound coming from the air box with the MS filter at certain enigine loads. I put my OEM back in for now and its gone. I plan to swap back to the MS next week to seem if the noise returns.

Since you have a DCT did you feel any negatives using a pulley while having a DCT? I am planning on getting one this week and was thinking about one from EVO because they are near by and I could over to their place and have them install it for me

No negatives. Can't say I noticed much after the install, but it's only 5-10hp.

EVO will be fine and letting them install it will be even better.

I've had a couple of strange things happen with AA pulley kit:

1. DCT Overheating warning in rush hour traffic - this happened three times in the space of a week around three months ago but has never happened again. Could be related to warmer ambient temperatures (as it is colder where I am at the moment) although it rarely gets above 85F where I live...

2. Occasionally the engine fans don't turn off for around 15 minutes after you've turned off the car - not sure if this is normal but it didn't seem normal to me.

Oh Oh That doesn't sound too good, if something happened to that engine BMW would blame the pulleys then..
