How can we possibly downgrade to a V6 F80/82/83?

Also, the performance of the DCT blows away my expectations... I had a 2009 e90 M3 6 speed.. no way I would go back. Sorry 6 speed-ers...

Welcome to the vert group - I agree, the sound just amazes me. And as much as I love accelerating, there's nothing quite like downshifting from 3rd to 2nd at about 3000 rpm. VOOSH. It scares people. And dogs. FYI.

For that, I'd say you owe him a drive in the M3 when he hits 16 and gets his license.

Enjoy the car.

Congrats! For the only couple thousand difference between 335is and M3 it really is a no-brainer to go with the M3. Ok, maybe its 10k, but whats 10k when you're already spending 85 (In Canada)? lol

Congrats and welcome aboard! I'm a fan of the 1er. I test drove it at the performance center and it's a fierce little thing. Add in the Performance pack and performance suspension and you get one nice pocket rocket.

I believe turner motorsport makes a limited slip for the 135i.

Check their website out:

Nice purchase on the M3 vert btw!

Wow! Thanks for that! I think that Dinan sells one too. Wonder how they compare...

Welcome to the club buddy - I've had my dct vert for over 3 years and 37k miles - and I still totally look forward to driving it every day - and yes - nailing throttle in a tunnel (or lower wacker drive in Chicago) makes a sound that is simply indescribable! Not once in over 3 years have I ever been bored with this car!
