just installed Vanguard titanium exhaust
Thanks to the guys at Vanguard for an awesome titanium exhaust for the E90 M3!
I installed it last week and have been driving around with it. The exhaust is not extremely loud and has a nice deep tone to it. The best part that I am loving about it is that there is no drone in the exhaust. The acceleration also seems more responsive when I mash it. I will be doing a dyno on the exhaust next week and soundclips as well. |

Congrats, it's a very nice looking system, and I was sorely tempted by it. Looking forward to the sound clips.

So no drone at all without a Helmholtz 'anti-drone' chamber?
And how louder than stock is inside with windows rolled up and cruising at highway speeds? Unfortunately, not having an S/S option puts it above the price range most of us want to spend. But it sure sounds nice. Enjoy it . |

That's slightly above the AA, which was my limit, but being Ti, I'd consider it. Only problem is I want a quiet exhaust inside the car, like Dinan; how does yours compare to Dinan? Without a resonance chamber (Helmholtz), I don't think it's even close, no?
