Upgrading to BSW speakers - HK or non-HK?

I have never dealt with BSW direct replacement speaker, but I am considering picking up a set for my next car. Does it make a difference if I am upgrading an HK setup or a basic setup? I am trying to figure this out, before I order the car. Bottom line is: should I order a car with HK and then upgrade to BSW or should I go with the stock (free) setup and then upgrade to BSW? Thx

P.S. My last car (330) had an HK setup with a subwoofer in the trunk and it wasn't all that great.
