Music Collection Backup; BR5’s to WAV's; Organization Q

I’ve used this great thread to convert BR5’s to WAV's:

But I’d appreciate any help organizing / recognizing everything.

Also, when I put everything back onto my car, is there any way for the Music Collection to be 3 levels deep, where the first level would be artist folders, the second level would be album folders, followed by the tracks...?
