He has to come back IMHO, he did some awesome postings........

I do hope he can ignore those people and will share all those beautifull details and information where we are so anxious about

nice pictures and nice comparisons.
it definately looks good on M5 bumper but you have the point. it needs its own thing. :-)
to be honest, i am not that concerned with rims considering aftermarket rims. though previous E46 competition rims were the best looking stock rims out there (at least for me it was). it's bit disappointing that mule rims don't look that great and most likely be the future stock rims if the rims on mule M5 and actualy M5 have identical rims.

keep up the good work guys. i am enjoying it!

Jussi was indeed very knowledgable but got owned on the tire issue by enigma and hasn't post since. (I think enigma showed that it was mainly the tires that allowed the CSL to post Z06 numbers.) I hope he comes back too.

Yup! Looks like the shadowline trim option that's available on the european e92's. Gimme a black E92 M3 with shadowline trim and I'll tint the windows for a blacked-out look :rocks:

Could it be possible that the coupé will look like a baby-M6 and the sedan look like an M5 regarding the bodykit ?

the m3 coupés side-skirt looks almost exactly like the m6 one and there is some resemblence (<--spelling ?) if ya look at the front bumpers, might be wrong though.

Yep I know; I just hope it does not have the face of that Manta Ray or a krill scooping fish

It can have it's own thing, but I just hope it will look good ... as I think we all agree that the front bumper and apron of a modern sports car can make such a difference in it's look as well as it's perception.

Oh well, I hope they pull finish the final details with something nice ... If I don't like it; I guess I will stick to my 335i, I love every inch of it from every single angle

i love the 335i too, but the M3 is so wide, wider the better . better handling for us crazy drivers, not that NY state troopers are getting any nicer. im really excited about the rear facia, it looks as though there will be a full diffuser on the back this revision, and im in love with that idea. better aerodynamics as well as a sick rear end -- carbon fiber, anyone else feel the love?

When you look at the 3 images below, it is hard to believe CAR's assertion that the rear plate it moving to the bumper. On the last two shots, you can pretty much make out the entire rear bumper mid area and there is just no recess for a plate there.

I doubt BMW would go thru the effort of engineering a fake rear bumper just to fool spyshot photographers.

2011 BMW  [0.00]
2003 Nissan 350Z  [0.00]
i've been busy since the start of the new year, and i haven't had much time to check up on the forums.
i like the ///M3 in the new pictures, but i think the front bumper could be improved slightly. just my opinion though..
