placed an order MY2013
So,
I have been reading many threads for the MY2013 here, I too placed an order end of August that just got entered/accepted into the order bank (sept4th). I somehow got the production number later that day itself, I was just curious/concerned; having a production number ensures production/delivery of an M3? (forgive my naiveness). also I was told by my CA/SA that as of now a) production is "scheduled " for second week of October, (find that hard to believe with octoberfest winding down lol) b) my M3 is the next to be produced for that dealership.... thoughts welcome guys/gals thanks |

you're welcome. You can now start tracking the progress of your car via BMW's website (Sign up for an account and you can track via My BMW). It's a bit delayed as far as progress updates, but it's there.
You can also call BMW's 1-800 number now that you have a production number. Once your car's built, you can track its progress overseas as well. There are a few threads in the subforum with various kinds of tracking information. |

thanks, yea! i actually have a few in mind: longterm perhaps a body kit, shorterm, definitely like the thought of having a two-tone blacked out grill /side vents, i see your from NJ, there's a shop in Bk called oneeighty, they had a pic of a 5 series at their shop with the above mod, looks quite nice.
I would like to change the exhausts but as i am a noob/novice I need to be careful with not voiding the warranty |
