M3 Owner (2011 e92 6sp) - Adelaide SA

Hi all,

Intro from a new M3 owner... Recently purchased an Alpine White 2011 E92 M3, 6 speed manual.

I'd been searching for an E92 for the best part of a year and recently put a WTB thread up on here. After plenty of hunting and looking at a number of M3s that just weren't in good enough condition, I found a car that met my needs/criteria and couldn't be happier!

It ticked the main boxes I was after:
- Coupe
- Manual
- Carbon roof (and carbon interior trim!)
- LCI model
- And I love the black additions that came with the limited edition - PURE model.

It is my third BMW, previously owned a E82 135i and F30 328i.

Extremely happy with the car so far

It's all standard apart from a REMUS cat-back exhaust which has a fantastic note!

No plans for the car - I'm quite picky and prefer to keep my cars original! Grew out of the 'modding phase' after previously owning 8 Evo's!

Welcome Damien.
There is a wealth of knowledge in this forum from lots of Aussies if you ever decide to buy a ticket to the Modification Train.... Once you get on, you never get off.....

According to the service history engine oil hasn't been changed since 1/6/2012, at 29,902 kms. The car done 62k km now. Is it an oversight or was the oil changed at a local Indy and the book hasn't been stamped? That's a long time to go without an oil change regardless of the mileage you do.

Oil has been changed in between, latest was at 58,000 km.. This was a one owner car and meticulously looked after! I'll get the records updated
