overfilled oil, drained front sump .75L, dangerous to drive on

I overfilled oil and I drive showed an excessive oil level warning. I decided to drain the oil from the front sump, about 0.75 L came out, I started the car again and it was again too much oil (I only added 0.75L) I'm guessing that the oil level hasn't balanced between the two sumps, is it dangerous to drive after emptying that much from the front sump.

It should re-balance quickly once the oil starts circulating.

not different than when you drain the oil from both when you change the oil........
