It's time...

Hey guys,

Been lurking around the forum for a while now - it's awesome! I'm finally going shopping this week for an E93 (ecstatic!!), and I would like to go prepared
I've seen some price sheets, but couldn't find an updated invoice pricing sheet for this month. I have no problem giving the dealer a few hundred over invoice, I just need some help figuring out what my total cost is...

So, my plan is to take Euro Delivery and lease an E93 for 30 months, what should my residual and MF look like?

Options:

Jet Black
Fox Red Extended
Carbon Leather Trim
Cold Weather Package
Convenience Package
Premium Package 2
19" wheels
Dynamic Damper Control
DCT
Enhanced Premium Sound

If anyone can break this down for me (based on ED invoice) I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Also, what do you guys think about Security Deposits, paying taxes upfront and Safe lease (pluses, minuses)? Sorry for all the questions, I've been too "busy" checking out the Galleries/Videos these past few months instead of doing my homework. Guilty as charged

Sent you a PM -- my information is not based on ED, but might be useful in some way.

Yeah, I'm excited...I was initially set on the E92 (Alpine White), but the vert's residuals are too good! I went with Black because the rear-end on the AW looks a bit off (too feminine, maybe?) - no offense to anyone, they all look amazing - and at the end of the day, it's still an M. But that's just my personal taste. Can't wait to sign off on the paperwork this week!

It depends on the miles you need:
30 months
10k- 68%
12k- 67%
15k- 65%
mf- .0013

ED is roughly 14% off US MSRP. BMW FS leases come with gap protection. Sounds like what safe lease might be, not sure. If you plan on putting anything down just put down the gov't fees. BMW is giving you $1500 towards that.

Regards,
David
