thats crazy but as said in that post probably not a mod for most people because of the machine work required and can get ap, brembo, stoptech trophy for similar money that is designed for the car.

I wonder how well it will fit, if at all, inside ZCP wheels?

Also these are not sized or designed for this car. There is a lot of thought into front-rear brake bias and sizing of each. I would not slap on a brake system designed for the 4400 pound m5 on a 3600 pound m3. Would go bbk that was designed for the car

A Brembo kids is around $7,000 when I was looking. Someone should come out with a kit using the Performance 4 pot caliper. It's only $650 option on a 3/4 series. It can't cost that much. .

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

$5000 is for M5 6 pot caliper + 380mm floating fronts only.
$900 extra for rear floating 350mm rotors only.

$5k for front M5 brakes only doesn't make any sense for me personally. At that point, you might as well pony up some more $ and get BBK's designed for the E9x. Performance calipers would be interesting.

Thanks Andrew.
They look like F10 M5 disks too. Can you ask how much he spent? I can find M5 callipers and disks for <$2500 on turner. I assume that you could get brackets $500. $3000 for new BMW 400mm disks and brembo 6 pots sound pretty good. Looking at a stoptech trophy used maybe instead though - wheel fitment would be a huge issue with 400mm disks.
