when it comes to dealerships, its all about how you talk to them

The smaller the dealer ships the better

Find an SA that you are comfortable with

I have put quite a few sales man, managers, and SA's in there place when it comes to there reasoning for problems

Some of these guys are scum bags and will say anything to the point of being illogical and childish to get you to leave the dealership or to pay out of pocket

Always do your research before and know who you are dealing with

and Congratulations on the 2011 M3

It will be Awsome!

the guys at that dealership need to start training the scumbags at other dealerships. i've had nothing but horrible service so far from incompetent SAs. one dealerships backed a 5 series into the front of my car. if i hadn't been there to witness, i am positive they would have denied it to their grave since the only damage was some scuffing. they said they'd repaint the front bumper, and when i came to pick it up, they hadn't even cleaned up the scuff marks.

that is an awesome story, though how is it even possible to go through 30 bmws in 10 years? 3 bmws a year?
