Thanks. I am trying to figure out what front lip I want as well. I love the M-sport that you have but I don't want to do the whole bumper...

Why not? You basically have 3 choices for the OEM bumper..OEM splitters, ACS lip or Hartge lip. I had the OEM splitters prior, but when I bought my car..the dealership put the front license plate on. I didn't want the front plate on or any holes drilled, so it's a partial excuse to getting the M-tech.

+1. I am going with the Predator Ice angel eyes, mtech cosmo blue fogs (match the angel eyes), and it is looking like hartge lip or OEM aero lip....

Isn't the Mtech pretty expensive? I have been quoted the OEM aero lip painted and shipped for less then 500 bucks.

Aero lip? I thought you had an E90 (a sedan) from your first post. Aero lip is only for a coupe or convertible. The only OEM piece for an E90 is the splitters.

If you break it down, the M-tech bumper isn't that much factor in you're getting new fogs as well. The reason I got the OEM splitters in the first place was because it was the cheapest route. I got bored of it, and sprung for the M-tech bumper, which was what I wanted from the start.

A member on here had an AW e92 with white grille kidney grilles and white DPE's. I thought that it looked really bad with the white painted slats, just too much white. I do like when the outer part of the kidneys are painted AW and the centers are black though.

+1 If you have the funds now, get the M-tech bumper. I only got the hartge lip because I got in a groupbuy and got it for dirt cheap. I'll eventually get the M-tech down the road. That being said, I've been nothing but pleased with my hartge lip. It makes the front end look so much more aggressive, without having a major aftermarket ricer look.

Definitely don't paint your grill white. Matte black will look good (simple, inexpensive mod), but consider carbon fiber. There is an AW E90 that parks near my house and has CF rear deck spoiler and splitters on the front and it looks great. The CF has the black contrast color, but also some light reflective qualities in the weave that blend great with the lighter colors (e.g., AW, Ti Silver).

I thought I had seen the aero lip on a couple of differnt sites for the e90, maybe it was the splitters. I will have to look it up when I get back from corporate tax class.

Yeah, that is the main problem, I am not sure of the funds as of yet. I am going to do performance first and then cosmetic stuff.

I will definitely look into the CF grills. Thanks...

I think a white outside part with black slots would look nice, but all white would look horrible in my opinion, very bad.
