My SA said its impossible to retrofit an ashtray in the rear. True?

That's fucking obnoxious. The rear ash tray was standard on all 08 e90 M3s and is still available through the "smokers package" although i believe that is only on Canadian or UK cars. The part is easily retrofittable, the hardest part is finding the correct part number. Have a forum junkie pull it up on realoem or tischer's website

I think I may do this with the storage compartment instead of the ashtray. My kids would like to have the power adapters for their DS and ipods on long trips.
