Problem to acces to my DCT with Rhiengold

Hello Guys

I have some issue with the last soft from Gpower, a big delay for throttle response (2s)

Gpower ask me to reset the adaptation of the DCT, I tried but when I try, it tells me that there is connection issue with the DCT module

Someone know what it could be?
