New Member in Houston

Hey Guys,

Just bought an '09 E90 and thought I might as well introduce myself. I used to do a lot of racing with an old Miata race car, but my career is taking too much time these days to make it to many races, so I decided to sell the tow vehicle and buy something I could at least enjoy the commute with. I absolutely love the car. The amount of technology and adjustability is amazing and the DCT works better than I ever imagined (although a small piece of my soul died when I realized I was buying an "automatic" sports car, haha)

I've done a few autoX's w/ the local BWMCCA in the old race car, but I'm looking forward to attending more AutoX's as well as some HPDE's without the hassle of towing!

Thanks all. No performance mods, but the PO replaced all of the badges & roundels with black/carbon ones. They are all pretty faded so I'll be switching them back to OEM shortly. It also has a black grill, black gills, and black door trim... but to be honest I'm not sure if that is stock or not.

options wise, it has DCT, no sun roof, speed cloth interior, idrive, and 18" wheels. I love that it doesn't have a sun roof, but the 18" wheels look too small to my eye. Luckily thats easy to fix. I think I'll pick up a set of ZCP wheels for the street and use the 18's as a track set.
