what was the cost? Also, i went with the rubber inserts on my last set. i found the pedals to be to slick. also, i got the frosted pedals and the "frosting" rubbed off after a short time. aside from that loved them.

other thing about the rubber inserts... you can paint the screw heads black and it hides the screws.

I left it off as there isn't enough room on the pedal to put one in. Ult Pedals actually recommended two rather than 3 or 4 screws. Based on the hardness of the metal and the locking nuts on the screws - 2 would probably do it. I just did 3 to be absolutely sure.

Be sure to check behind the gas pedal that the screws don't touch the plastic piece when the pedal is floored. I put on a set of aftermarket pedals and the screws stopped the pedal from being floored. I test with a piece of paper behind the pedal. Push it to the floor and see if the paper pulls right out with no resistance. If the paper gets stuck by the screws, you need shallower screws.

Yeah - I checked it during the install and it wasn't an issue.

Thx!

No bling here, I have a set of Ultimate Pedals on my Spec Miata and they are the real deal, well made, grip like hell and are adjusted to make a heel toe shift easy and clean (for me, at least). Then again, with the M-DCT, you have a BMW computer to do that for you...

I'm used to having three pedals so I went with the larger brake pedal so I can at least left foot brake. The OEM pedal felt a little small. So now my left foot has something to do!!
