Out with the M3... In with Godzilla

Hey guys,

It was fun while it lasted, but I have finally taken my supercharged M3 out of commision. I have owned her for 1 year this month and from stock to supercharged and fully modded elsewhere, I have finally taken everything off and onto the new beast... She will be remembered....

and now for the new beast:

Congrats! GTRs are beasts for sure.

I also picked up a 6cyl AWD turbo car. But still prefer the S/C M3 as I think it's better all-around.

What mods do you have planned for the GTR?

I picked up the car FBO with tuning done by Topspeed Motorsports in Atlanta. I knew I would be spending the money on those mods anyways so I decided to save some money by getting one already done this time. The car has 570 AWHP. I might get different turbos one day, but right now I am enjoying it as is. Compared to the M3, it is completely different. The M3 is more refined and smoother power delivery, the GTR is just a monster released from a cage.

Congrats! GTR's are indeed beasts.

I feel like I would make a transition like this, but would definitely end up with buyer's remorse months down the road. I don't know how long I would last before I wind back up in the blown m3.

Two completely different monsters, both great. Enjoy the GTR, I say go for an AMS kit to make it absurdly quick.

Please compare them as best you can. Especially if you have driven a stock powered gtr as opposed to yor fbo gtr.

Power delivery? Handling? Ride quality?

I'm debating sc'ing my car or considering a gtr or the like...

And of course, congrats! Black is the best color for the gtr IMO

GTR , definitely on my list of cars to own. I've been tossing around GTR or 997TT as my next beast, only issue is that I want to keep the M3 aswell.
