Socal SA for brake rotor/pad one time warranty

Anyone have a great SA who can do the one time brake rotor / pad warranty in the socal area?

My light has been on, but ideally I would just like the parts and drive away. Or, if they have to install it, be able to take my current ones home in a box.

My service advisor disappeared and my tech moved to another dealership.

That will prove to be extremely difficult being that BMW requests old parts back if done under warranty... Simply taking the parts would be out of the question... If you would like for me to check out the brakes I can definitely do that, shoot me a PM if you want to schedule an appt.
