He's very lucky. South Mountain roads get far trickier than the stretch that he crashed on. Many parts traverse the mountains with hairpin turns and sharp corners with no barrier to protect you from a 200 foot free fall.

What an idiot. The Kid could could have gotten seriously hurt (I could not have cared less). But he could have killed an innocent driver going the opposite direction. Luckily this time it was rocks instead of another car being hit head on.

yeah everybody makes mistakes. this kid had the idea he was the shit though or why else post and open yourself to criticism. he had it wrong before he turned the car on, as others have mentioned, his hands, his seating position, his steering inputs all show a real lack of experience.
