When I called him a couple of days ago after checking all he could say is, "should be here by the end of the month."
That does suck. It seems that once the car is released to the trucking company there is no easy way to track it. I would bet your car will arrive by the middle of next week.

Now I'm going through the next hard part of getting a new M3, keeping it below 5500 rpm for 1200 miles. I've driven everywhere I could think of today and still only have 160 miles on the car. My wife loves it though because anything she needs picked up I am all over it.

Mike Powell.

I kind of figured it got there on Thursday since I got the call Friday around 9:30am that it was in and would be ready to pick up.

I did the same thing on my previous M. Great thing is by the time you arrive you'll be through you break-in.

congrats on the car mate, just a bit curious as your car only took 2.5 months because it was the first production made? or will that be normal for BMW this season unless demand goes up?

nice tires, when i asked about audi S3 they said it could come with 1 or 3 different brands, and it was all random and they have no idea preshipped!!!

so you got a touch of luck

Speaking of Performance Center delivery, Is anyone else from DFW area of TX scheduled to pick up their car on Weds, Nov. 4th??? that is my day and will be headed over to drive Tail of the Dragon on return trip to TX. so if anyone else is in the area and interested , perhaps we could hook up and caravan, Let me know...........In case u r unaware, Tail of the Dragon picks up at Deals Gap, N.C. on US 129 and extends up near Knoxville, TN,, tail of dragon is 11miles with 318 curves!!!! Is about 150miles from Greenville, SC.....
