Just wondering what you guys think this car is worth. Looks to be in the condition you would assume a car to be in with only 11k miles

It's fairly reasonable given the low miles. I'd still lowball if I were the buyer.

It's at a dealer. I know they will tell me to pound sand if i lowball. I was thinking 47.5 would be fair.. but if i start there i have no room.

Honestly check KBB....http://www.kbb.com/
your just going to get a bunch of people acting like The negotiator on the forum...dealerships know what they paid and what they want and are willing to wait it out...typically if you low ball them will simply not take you serious ...you can try to go low but your 47.5 is a bit low I think...it is a good place to start.

KBB is always the most realistic...
Shows 48.9 to 50k private party
Dealer 50 to 54

Typically if you can get the private party price from a dealer you are making a good deal....sounds like its priced fairly already you can maybe get it for 48 to 49k and it will be a very fair deal! Especially with only a 11k miles...!

I have to agree with M3-S65. Seems like a fair price. I'm surprised at 11k miles for 2011.

Anything near that number is a really nice deal on that car.

I gave $51.2k for my high-optioned 2300mi (!) E90 last month--worth every penny...

Thanks for the feedback. I honestly love the Melbourne color but red on red is kind've overkill. Honestly wish it was black int. I should consider this though..

Paid 44 for a 2011 E92 with 29k miles and similar options but it had Competition package and DCT. I would say $47k would be fair.

If this is the car at Project One Auto, then CARFAX disclosures on the car convey a strange past. Which may be why they, CARFAX, value the car down.

If I were you I'd review the history of the car carefully. Among other things, try to find out if it was the BMW dealer who gave it up to auction. If he did, that would not be a good sign. IMO, auction cars, while cheaper, are usually saddled with some sort of problem.

Red over red is a hard sale, plus its going out of Warranty. $46k tops.

Red on Red might sit on the lot for a few weeks. I'd wait a while.

Yeah I was thinking that. It also is not very common. So might be a rare car with low miles for the money.

Carmax had a red over red M3 in our area, and that thing sat for quite a while. They ended up dropping the price quite a bit.

From a dealer I would say it would be sold for 47.5/48 without Cpo, or 51 with. That's tough.... Red on red would sit for awhile, but with those miles who knows. You could always ask for Cpo and negotiate on that.
