JBSpeed longevity?
As far as reps go, it looks like the fit of JBSpeed is probably best. Has anyone had their CF stuff (specifically reflector delete, CF splitters, CF spoiler) on their car for an extended period of time? If so, how has it held up? I've found one complaint, but haven't really found anything else beyond stuff getting broken in shipping.
I daily drive my car in a state that sees all four seasons, so durability is definitely a concern for me. Even though the reps are a fraction of the price of OEM, I don't want them looking like garbage after a year.

Don't know about splitters or spoiler, but their other trim pieces (reflectors, mirrors, hoodvents) seem to be the autotecknic brand everyone else sells.
I have the reflectors, hood vents and mirrors, because I wanted to keep the weave matching the roof. They match quite well, and are good looking pieces for the price you pay. They are essentially plastic with a cf overlay, though, so don't expect them to look as great as OEM. Fitment took some work on the reflectors to make them sit flush, hood vents eventually settled perfectly, and didn't have any issues with the mirrors. I'll try to put up some pictures later today. |
