what is the money factor? My dealer tried to mark MF up on their first deal to me so make sure they didn't do that. i assume it's still .00125. Seems to me like it should be a little cheaper based on the deal i got a month ago on mine.

Thanks guys. The $1332 is first month payment plus fees, etc. I will be ordering soon! The below invoice price includes the incentives and stuff, plus i know the sales manager

Was about the same amount down.... maybe a litte more, 36month @ 12k/year, car MSRP was $2000 more than yours and I'm $774/month. This was with holiday cash, bmw loyalty discount, and bmw drive app discount.

BTW, I came from a 335 (2010 msport) as well and man what a difference. They may look alike, but the M3 is a beast and feels like a completely different car. I'm also a manual guy, but loven the DCT so far.

Let me split my comments in 2 parts:

- Your sale price is very good, which is invoice + $430 less incentives ($2,275 of loyalty [$750] and $1,500 cash incentive)

- Given the other financial info (downpayment and monthly lease) you provided, I can calculate a MF of 0.00155. (confirm that with your dealer) This is a little higher than the ongoing rate of MF = 0.00130.

If you negotiate same price and MF of 0.00130, you should be paying ~$780-790 monthly lease with equivalent downpayment. This assumes a 6.25% MA sales tax rate.

edit: specified loyalty = $750.

OP, did you inquire about putting down Multiple Security Deposit (MSD) to reduce your MF? If not, it's well worth the research.

The money factor is 145 and thats the best the dealer can do. So the payments will be at $819.

Some discounts include bmw loyalty and holiday cash back, I am not applicable for the bmw app.

Your seems like a pretty good deal but not sure why my dealer can do it. The most he can do is $819 and the MF is at .00145.

Your last paragraph gave me a smile, cant wait to get into a M3 from a 335 ! When i test drove a M3 i could immediately tell the difference !

It's not that bad A deal.. A friend has A 2012 coupe loaded with zero down he's paying 824 A month but due to loss of job he can't afford it anymore. It's a shame cause I woulda took it but I bought A lime rock edition, number 1!! Yes it's vin verified they started the number at 10 and my last 2 numbers are 10 so not only do I have the first one but what people don't know is that only 50 were built loaded with black wheels and the other 150 with silver rims.... Lime rock rep has been asking me to take it to the track for picks but Im afraid to even take it out now that they told me this! I was the first to pick one up as well in Florida and already put 3600 miles on it which I'm pissed about but it's still THAT car!!!!

Yeah BMW has a 6-7% markup in all vehicles. Plus you get the 2250 for incentives. You should be able to get .00130 based on credit but I know the M's I have on order for people are locked in at this rate. But overall looks like a smoking deal I am sure you could trim the edges a bit but looks like a great deal and a smokin car!
