Check engine light at the track - codes are P0116 and P3006

Read the codes on my scanner as: P0116 engine coolant temperature circuit range/performance, and P3006 fuel rail pressure , pressure-rate-controlled, pressure too high.

Noticed this CEL in my second session here at Laguna Seca. I completed the lap with no apparent loss in power and scanned the car. I cleared the codes to see if they will pop up again, even after a hot lap and nothing. Seems ok and it didn't show up again. It sounds like after looking up some things that I need to replace the $40 part. What do you think?

No limp mode and 170 degree coolant temp seems ok? Oil temp was at about 240 F.

So yeah, filled up gas with a mix of 101/91 and as I'm pulling away the car stutters with no power. More codes - misfire on cylinders 1-7, random cylinder, good times.

Drove home without a problem, looks like I'll have to see if I can replace the ECT sensor
